Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

You are not able to modify your order once it has been placed. However, if you encounter any issues, our customer service team will be happy to help and offer the most appropriate solution for your particular case.

How much does shipping cost?

When you place an order for used mobiles on our website, we won't charge you any shipping fees. However, if you place an order outside of our webshop, there may be additional shipping costs as we process those orders manually. Please note that shipping fees may also apply for spare parts or other products, and you'll see the details at checkout.

Where can I return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange of a product, please get in touch with our service department at info@coolmix.eu. Our team will take care of the entire process and provide you with the best possible solution for your specific case.

How do I track my order status?

After placing your order, we'll send you a Tracking code so you can easily track your shipment through the website of the transporter once it leaves our warehouse.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed and paid for, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you wish to cancel with a reason, please contact our customer service at sales@coolmix.eu and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. In certain cases, we may offer a credit note that you can use for your next order.

What are the payment options?

There are several options available for making your payment, including bank transfer, Apple Pay, Credit card, and iDeal.

What's the warranty period?

Coolmix offers a standard warranty of 21 days for all used devices. If you detect any defect within this period after receiving the product, you can always return it as RMA. For spare parts and other items, we provide a standard warranty of 12 months, and for some products, the warranty lasts a lifetime.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

On average, it takes about 3 days for a returned product to be processed, repaired, or exchanged. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to your Account Manager or send an email to info@coolmix.eu. We're here to assist you!


When it comes to payment, we've got you covered! You can pay online using iDEAL, credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay, Coolmix gift cards, or manual bank transfer. Unfortunately, we don't accept partial payments, cash, or cryptocurrency.

Payment failed?

Sometimes our payment system gets a little backed up and your payment might take a while to go through. If you haven't received an order confirmation after an hour, don't freak out! Just hit us up on WhatsApp with a screenshot of your bank statement that shows the transaction number. We'll take care of the rest and send you that sweet confirmation.

Refunds

If you're looking to get a refund, we've got you covered. Depending on your bank, it might take a bit of time for the funds to be back in your account. If you don't see it after 5 business days, just give our customer service or your sales manager a shout. We'll give you your money back the same way you paid us, and you won't have to pay any extra fees. But before we can do that, we need the goods back in our hands within 21 days. Make sure to follow our RMA and warranty conditions to ensure a smooth refund process. And if you're returning an iPhone with iCloud activated, don't forget to remove it first. Also, keep in mind that if you damage the product while using it, you'll be responsible for any reduction in its value.

Payment proof

Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you an invoice via email as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. If you just placed the order, you'll get the invoice in the shipping confirmation once it's shipped.

No order confirmation received

If you need help, the quickest way to reach us is by sending an email or WhatsApp. Simply take a screenshot of your bank statement with the transaction number visible and send it to us via email or WhatsApp. We'll take care of the rest and send you the order confirmation.

VAT product or margin product

In case you buy less than EUR 10,000 within the Netherlands, you gotta pay 21% VAT on top of your purchase. This amount will be clearly mentioned in your invoice. However, if you exceed EUR 10,000, then you don't have to pay any VAT at all. For buyers outside the Netherlands but within the EU, we use the standard VAT Reversed (0% VAT). Note that we don't deal in Marginal VAT.


All the devices you buy from Coolmix come with a warranty against any issues related to their functions. We make sure to test our devices with hardware and software, and we guarantee features like Face ID and Touch ID.

Get in touch with your sales advisor to process your RMA.

Please keep in mind that we can only process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) phones that meet the functional RMA requirements. The following categories of phones cannot be accepted as RMA: phones intended for resale to end customers, phones that have been graded, phones without power (if the issue was not reported within 48 hours of receiving the phone), phones with battery messages or percentage issues, phones that have been opened or repaired, phones with LCD Truetone issues, and phones with camera spots. We don't cover dents, broken parts, scuffs, dirt, and dust under our warranty. Also, we cannot accept phones with Apple iCloud, and if the warranty stickers are removed, the warranty will be void. Our warranty lasts for 21 days, starting from when the shipping courier (like DHL, UPS or FedEx) picks up your order. If you need to return a product, you have to do it within 21 days. We won't accept any returns after that, and the warranty will have expired. To return a product, you need to get authorization from us first. Otherwise, we'll have to send it back to you, and you'll be charged €15 per device. We'll give you a unique RMA number for your return. We'll either repair or replace your Coolmix product.

Do you replace the battery of every phone?

All of our used phones are delivered with a battery status between 80-100%.

This battery warranty only applies to orders placed through our website; for trading orders, no warranty is provided for the battery.

How can I place an order?

Ready to order? Just pick the stuff you want and hit the green "add to cart" button on each product page. When you're all set, head over to the checkout and give us your deets and payment info. If you've got a Coolmix account, even better - we already know you! But no worries if you don't have an account, we can still process your order, we'll just need your info.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, you're good to go! You can cancel it anytime. But if it's already on its way, unfortunately, you're out of luck. But don't worry, just shoot us a message on WhatsApp and our awesome customer service team will get back to you in a few minutes!

How can I modify my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, you're in luck as long as you haven't gotten a shipping confirmation or an SMS from us yet. Just give our customer service a call or WhatsApp, and they'll help you change the name or address on your order in a minute!

Can I also pick up my order?

We're sorry, but at the moment, we don't have the option for you to come and give us a high-five while picking up your order. We're all about safety first, so we want to make sure our employees are safe and sound.

When do I receive my order?

When do I receive my order? We try our best to give you an estimated delivery time, but please keep in mind that it's just an estimate and not a hard deadline. If there's any delay, we'll definitely inform you and give you a new estimated delivery time.

How can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked using a Track & Trace code, which depends on the carrier used for shipping, such as UPS and DHL.

Customs matters

We're not responsible for any Customs stuff that happens in your own country or the country you're buying from.

Delivery charge

All orders placed on our website come with free shipping, meaning we won't charge you any shipping fees. However, orders placed outside our website may sometimes come with shipping fees.

My order is not complete!

Deliveries on Saturday?

Unfortunately, our UPS and DHL do not deliver on Saturdays and also not in all regions.

Is my shipment Insured?

Sorry to inform you, but please note that our deliveries are not insured unless stated otherwise. To ensure that your goods are insured, please make sure to select the checkbox during checkout.

21 days reflection period

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can cancel the purchase within 21 days after receiving the order. Please return in the - if reasonable - original packaging and condition. Of course you have the option to view your product as you would view it in the store You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 21 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 21 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
